The item was mostly like the pictures, but the color looked a little different in person, which was kind of disappointing. It’s not a huge deal, and the quality seems okay so far, but I did expect it to match better. Shipping was fine, but I also didn’t love that there was basically no human contact or real communication if I had questions. Overall, it’s okay, but the photos could definitely be more accurate.

I’ve been waiting about two weeks now and the package still hasn’t shown up. I also haven’t really gotten a clear update, which is frustrating. I get that delays happen and it might not be anyone’s fault, but it would be nice to at least know what’s going on.

shopbecker was fine overall, and I did end up finding something I liked, but it was a bit frustrating because I picked out what I wanted, got all the way to checkout, and then realized a couple of the sizes weren’t actually available anymore, which kind of took the excitement out of it for a minute.

Delivery was totally okay once I finally placed the order, so no real complaints there, I just wish the stock was updated faster or they kept more sizes available because it makes shopping feel a little more guessy than it should...

Support did end up sorting the problem out, but it took a little while to get there lol. Glad it’s fixed now though.

The tracking updates were 100% not reliable, like, I was fully convinced they forgot how tracking works. They showed up late and didn’t really help much. But the package did arrive in the end, so at least that part worked

Maybe it’s totally fine, but when I’m paying online I need to feel sure, and I just didn’t. So yeah, I ended up not taking the chance.

and I had to return a jacket, and while everything worked out in the end, it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Support got back to me after a few days, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of slow.
